Our professional guide will meet you at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The tour begins with a 110km drive through the scenic countryside of northern Vietnam. You’ll enjoy a peaceful journey surrounded by lush landscapes and rice paddies. A short break will be made along the way for refreshments.
10:00 – Explore Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, the first stop is Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th and 11th centuries.
You will explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, learning about their reigns and the significance of this site in Vietnam’s feudal history. The architecture reflects the traditional wooden and stone styles of the era.
12:00 – Lunch at a Local Restaurant

Afternoon: Boat Ride and Cycling Adventure
13:30 – Tam Coc Sampan Boat Ride
Board a traditional wooden sampan rowed by local people to explore Tam Coc, meaning “three caves.” The journey takes you through Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs, rice paddies, and peaceful waterways.
