Day1: Morning: Departure from Hanoi

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Begin your 110-kilometer drive to Ninh Binh, passing through scenic countryside with green rice fields and peaceful villages. A short break will be made along the way for refreshments.

10:00 – Cultural Exploration (Choose One Option)

Option 1: Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda

• Explore the largest Buddhist pagoda complex in Southeast Asia

• Admire over 500 stone statues of Arhats (La Han), two enormous bronze bells, and the iconic statues of Quan Yin and Gautama Buddha

• Stroll through peaceful courtyards and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains

Option 2: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

• Discover the first capital of Vietnam

• Visit the well-preserved temples of King Dinh and King Le, built in the 17th century

12:00 – Lunch at Local Restaurant

Enjoy a buffet-style Vietnamese meal featuring a variety of local specialties. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

13:00 – Trang An Boat Ride

• Embark on a traditional sampan rowed by local boatmen

• Cruise through a maze of emerald waters, passing under limestone caves such as Lam, Vang, Dai, and Thanh Truot

• Visit sacred sites like Vu Lam Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, and Cao Son Temple

• This is a tranquil journey through one of Vietnam’s most stunning landscapes

15:30 – Trekking at Mua Cave (Hang Múa)

• Challenge yourself with a climb up 500 stone steps to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain

• Be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc’s rice valley and the surrounding karst scenery

• An ideal location for nature lovers and photographers

17:00 – Check-in at Homestay/Bungalow

• Settle into your accommodation for a relaxing evening

• Free time to swim, read, or explore the area

• Enjoy a delicious home-cooked dinner at 19:00

• Optional: Unwind at the poolside bar or stargaze in the peaceful countryside

Note: The tour guide will not stay overnight at the bungalow but will meet you again the next day.

Day 2: Ninh Binh – Cuc Phuong National Park – Hanoi

(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Nature and Wildlife

• Wake up and enjoy breakfast served at your accommodation

• Check out and drive to Cuc Phuong National Park, Vietnam’s oldest and most biodiverse national park

Visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center

• Learn about endangered species such as langurs, gibbons, and monkeys

• See how they are protected in a semi-wild habitat

• The center is managed by professional conservationists working to protect Vietnam’s rare primates

Lunch Break

• Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch at a nearby local restaurant (guide will suggest the best spot)

Afternoon Trekking in Cuc Phuong Forest

• Trek deep into the jungle and explore the lush tropical environment

• Visit the Thousand-Year-Old Tree, a massive ancient tree hidden in the forest

• Optional: Explore the Prehistoric Cave, believed to have been inhabited thousands of years ago, depending on available time and conditions

Return to Hanoi

16:30 – Depart Cuc Phuong for Hanoi
18:30 – 19:00 – Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of tour with wonderful memories of Ninh Binh’s history, culture, and natural wonders.

• Children from 4 to 8 years old: 75% of adult rate
• Child from 9 years must pay the full adult rate

• More than 15 days before arrival: Free of charge.
• Within 7 days to 15 days before arrival: 30% of total tour price.
• Within 3 days to 7 days before starting time: 50% of total tour price.
• Within 72 hours before starting time: 100% of total tour price.
